At TOTE by Becky, we take authenticity seriously. Every item we sell is 100% authentic and verified before listing. We partner with Entrupy and Ligit App, are industry-leading authentication services trusted worldwide, to ensure every item is genuine.

Entrupy uses advanced AI technology and microscopic image analysis to confirm authenticity with over 99% accuracy. Items listed as “Entrupy Certified” include a digital certificate of authenticity tied to that specific item and verifiable online.

We do not sell, accept, or represent counterfeit or replica merchandise — ever.

Authenticity Guarantee

  • Every Entrupy and Ligit App-certified item is guaranteed authentic or your money back.
  • Each Entrupy or Ligit App certificate is uniquely linked to the item purchased.
  • Certificates may be provided digitally or in printed form.
  • Items not marked “Entrupy Certified” or "Ligit App" may have been verified through other professional authentication methods.

If an item is later found to be not authentic through an official Entrupy  or Ligit App review, TOTE by Becky will issue a full refund, including shipping.

Dispute Process

If you believe an item is not authentic, you must follow the process below. This ensures fairness and protection for both parties.

  1. Written Notification
    Contact TOTE by Becky in writing within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, item name, and the reason for your concern. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  2. Professional Authentication Report
    Within 7 days of your claim, you must provide a written authentication report from Entrupy or Ligit App or another recognized professional authenticator.
    Screenshots, resale group comments, or informal opinions are not considered valid proof.
  3. Review & Resolution
    Once documentation is received, TOTE by Becky will review your claim and may request the item’s return for further inspection. We reserve the right to send the item to Entrupy or Another certified expert for a secondary evaluation.
    • If Entrupy or another certified expert determines the item is not authentic, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
    • If Entrupy or Another certified expert confirms the item is authentic, the sale remains final, and no refund will be provided.
  4. Condition Requirement
    Any returned item must be in original condition — unused, unaltered, and with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact. Any wear, modification, or damage voids the dispute process.

Final Sale Policy

Because each product is authenticated prior to sale, all purchases are final unless authenticity is formally disputed and proven invalid by Entrupy or ligit app.

Customers are responsible for any third-party authentication fees or return shipping costs related to unsupported claims.
